Developed a network assessement research that focuses on the on-premises network infrastructure used to connect to Microsoft 365 workloads and ensuring that it is connected and running as efficiently as possible.

Copilot Studio bots... with voice

Traditionally, copilots that are created in Microsoft Copilot Studio were used to provide support on text-based support channels such as chat, text, or social media. But did you know you can enable any Microsoft Copilot Studio copilot for voice support? In this session, learn how voice channel is added to Copilot Studio copilots, supporting communication by using natural language understanding, meaning that teh caller is doing more than following a series of voice prompts. They can have a conversation with the copilot as they would have with a live agent.

Goodbye Valo: How can AI help in building an exit strategy for a sunset product?

How quickly can you come up with a strategy to help customers move away from a product that is being discontinued? Valo Intranet has been a great solution for a lot of customers. However, not too long ago Staffbase, the company that acquired Valo in 2021, announced to discontinue the product. In order to help our customers that still work on Valo to move forward without having to deal with the pains of change, we decided to come up with a "Valo sunset strategy". Since time is of the essence, we decided to ask Copilot to help us come up with ideas on how to shape this strategy. In this session I'll explain the line of thinking and the influence of AI tools like Copilot to support my role as Solution Specialist at Rapid Circle.
